At Château de Claribès we produce high quality, hand crafted wines from our own vineyards.

We tend each vineyard separately to take account of their unique qualities. This difference and quality is captured and reflected in the wine. Finished wines are often named after the vineyard or parcel of land that produced the grapes.

Our overall approach is open for customers to discover and experience wine making, so gaining an understanding of the provenance of the wine they enjoy.

Our strategy for cultivation of the vineyards is sustainable. We use outside expertise to bring in current best practice and guide our decisions on balanced work and treatment for the vines and surrounding land.

We are investing in the vineyards and the wine making process to ensure the quality, health and maturity of the fruit. Only the best grapes make it through to the cellar and only the best wine makes it through to the bottle.
