Our Sauvignon grapes are hand picked and cold fermented. The 2006 is delicate, mineral and has a lighter acidity. In the words of Robert Joseph this means "It's great when just standing around chatting, it doesn't demand food."

"Silver pale, quite fresh Sauvignon Blanc, has flesh from lees stirring and lovely fruit over nice Granny Smith acidity, very good length and balance. (Plus it lasted well for five days in the fridge once opened)

Hand picked from the same vines as in 2006, the weather conditions in 2007 produced more acidity and interesting fine lees. The result is a wine with more body that is great with food.
